Phoenix S&T core technology is based on patented three-dimensional chips made of molded plastics for handling nanoliter amount of sample, state-of-the-art performance and seamless integration into customers' existing instruments. The highly flexible and versatile designs allow continuous addition of functions and interfaces with new instruments at affordable cost.
Micron-sized features in three dimensions as well as large-scale (mm to cm) structures in a single piece can be manufactured in a single step in a factory setting. A large variety of plastics are at our disposal for making chips for a variety of applications.
We are only at the threshold of microscale three-dimensional plastic chips for bio- and chemical operations. Our customers can expect continuous improvement in performance and functions. Our first products are geared toward mass spectrometry analysis of proteins and other molecules. Subsequent product offerings will target other bottlenecks in the protein analysis process.
